Un match normal dure environ 3 heures, le Superbowl c'est plutôt 4 heures (mais pas uniquement à cause des pubs, la mi-temps est aussi plus longue de 10 minutes environ). On notera d'ailleurs que ce Superbowl XLIII fut particulièrement bref (3h30 environ) en particulier parce que la première mi-temps et surtout le premier quart-temps furent très rapides.
